In this video, I show you exercises that you can use to warm-up, workout, and cool-down with. No equipment needed, however a mat will come in handy!

  • 4 minute Warm-up: 6 exercises (20 seconds each) x 2 rounds
    1. Jumping jacks or power jacks
    2. Chest openers + calf raises
    3. Alternating hamstring stretches
    4. Squat and overhead reach
    5. Inchworms
    6. Lunge and twist
  • 13 minute Body Weight Workout: 6 exercise (30 seconds each) x 2 rounds
    1. Supermans
    2. Planks
    3. Glute bridges
    4. Jumping squats or regular squats
    5. Push-ups or modified push-ups
    6. Tricep dips
  • 3 minute Cool-down: 11 stretches (15 seconds each)
    • Straight leg hang
    • Torso twists
    • Overhead tricep extension – both sides
    • Shoulder rolls
    • Hip flexor stretch – both sides
    • Inside thigh stretch – both sides
    • Standing quad stretch – both sides
