Loaded Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

A quick and easy delicious salad packed with nutrients and fiber.

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (try to find an avocado oil mayo with few ingredients: Primal Kitchen or Sir Kensington
  • 1/4 cup honey (raw, local, organic honey the best option)
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 4 cups small broccoli florets diced
  • 4 cups small caulilfower florets diced
  • 12 slices thick cut bacon cooked and diced (optional)
  • 1.5 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped


  • Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Cover and chill. 
  • In a large salad bowl, toss all salad ingredients. 
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat.
  • Enjoy!
