Father’s Day Grilled Salmon

Happy Father’s Day Weekend!

Celebrate and show your fathers some love with this flavor packed, nutrient dense Grilled Lime Butter Salmon in Foil with Summer Veggies.

Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes / Total Time: 25 minutes / 4 servings


  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter (I recommend grassfed butter for higher healthy fat content and vitamins and minerals)
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • 2 Small Zucchini
  • 2 Small Yellow Squash
  • 1 Pound Asparagus
  • 1 Small Red Onion, Cut into Chunks
  • 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 Lime, Cut into 4 Wedges
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish


  • Heat grill to medium heat. Cut 4 sheets of foil, enough to wrap salmon and veggies. Divide the salmon and veggies amongst the middle of the foil sheets.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lime juice, and zest. Pour evenly on each foil pack. Add lime wedge in each packet and wrap them, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion.
  • Place salmon packs on grill for 13-15 minutes, flipping on other side halfway through.
  • Serve carefully and garnish with parsley.
